• What is the difference between a VIP Ticket and a Camp ticket?

    A VIP ticket is special event to meet, mix and mingle with the athletes and other event attendees. This session includes an extended Q+A session. This is the softball experience of a lifetime!

    What Is included in my VIP Ticket?

    Admission for one to our VIP Event. You can add additional tickets for parents/guardians at check out.

    A Photo and Autograph. Bring a personal item to get signed. We also have items available for purchase. You will receive a digital download code for your photo.

    Can I purchase a VIP pass as a parent?

    Yes, A VIP ticket can be purchased for an add-on. Tickets are $100 and are ONLY available with the purchase of a VIP ticket.

    If I do not purchase a parent/guardian ticket for the VIP event, will I be permitted in the event space?

    If you do not purchase a parent/guardian ticket, you must drop your athlete off for the event.

    Will athletes be taking photos and signing autographs during the VIP event?

    A designated time will be set aside for photos and autographs.

    What will we be doing during the VIP Event?

    During this experience attendees will have the opportunity to meet the athletes and mix and mingle with other event attendees. Attendees will get a photo and autograph and we finish up with a Q+A Session.

  • We want to sign up for multiple sessions. Is this possible?

    Yes. Campers can attend multiple sessions. Add your first session to your cart then add your second session to your cart and checkout.

    I want to switch my session. Is this possible?

    Please review your cart before checkout. We will do our best to honor requests but cannot make any guarantees if a session is at capacity.

    We are unable to attend. How do I request a refund?

    All sales are final. We do not issue any refunds under any circumstance.

    If life happens and you are not able to attend your scheduled event you have the option to receive a full credit towards another clinic at a future location OR transfer your clinic credit to another athlete to attend in your place

    What is the format of each session?

    Athletes will participate in a group warm up followed by an All-American training circuit and camp customized by the L/C Athletes.

    How do the L/C Athletes interact with campers? We want to make sure my daughter gets coaching.

    Athletes will be personally working with each attendee, while instructing their favorite drill. This format allows for much more personal time, connection and individual instruction.

    What can parents/guardians do during the session?

    Please note that space allotted for observation at our host venues is on a first-come-first serve basis and some venues may not allow spectators during sessions due to space, facility protocol or safety reasons.

    Can my athlete take pictures during the session?

    To avoid distraction from training athletes are not permitted to take photos during the session. Please keep all phones and devices stored in equipment bags during training. We will reserve time for a group photo at the end of the session.

    Can my athlete ask for an autograph during the session?

    The clinic time will be solely focused on instruction. Purchase a Photo and Autograph pass to get your personal items signed and a professional photo with the athletes!

    How are athletes grouped?

    Athletes are grouped by age. This information is collected during the registration process.

    What does my athlete need to bring to the session?

    Athletes should bring their softball equipment including but not limited to gloves, batting gloves, bat, helmet, cleats, sneakers/turf shoes, catchers should bring catching equipment. In general, bring ALL the equipment you would take to practice, game, lesson, etc.

    What should my athlete wear?Attendees should wear athletic apparel that they can move in. Some athletes wear softball pants while others wear shorts. Please make sure your athlete brings cleats AND sneakers as some facilities have specific footwear requirements.

    My athlete is attending the pitching session. Does she need to bring her own catcher?

    Yes

    What is the minimum age?

    We welcome athletes ages 7 and older.

    What is the maximum age?

    Typically, event attendees are through high school age. However, collegiate athletes have attended in the past.

    My daughter is new to softball, is this event appropriate for her?

    We welcome all experience levels from beginner to advanced!

    Do you offer a discount if I register 2 athletes?

    We do not offer sibling or multi-session discounts.

    When should I arrive at the event?

    Please refer to your welcome email for specific information on when to. checkl in.

    Will you be selling apparel and merchandise?

    We will be selling a camp shirt and more at each event.

  • When should I arrive for my photo and autograph?

    Your photo and autograph session will take place during your camp OR your VIP session.

    Should I bring my own item for the autograph?

    Yes

    Is personal Photography Permitted?

    You will receive your ophoto o your personal device.

    A photo on your personal device, one autographed item, and an intimate moment with the athlete.

  • When will I receive a camp welcome email?

    Camp welcome emails are sent before the event. Welcome emails detail important information on parking, arrival times, venue specific information on spectators, food, and refreshments, and more!

  • We are traveling from out of state by plane. What happens if our flight is delayed or canceled?

    We recommend you plan your travel the day before your scheduled session in winter months.

    What is the weather Policy?

    Some events may experience inclement weather that effects the event start time, end time, length, or outcome. In the case of inclement weather, event times may be changed, the length of the event may be shortened, or the event may be postponed to another date. In the case of postponement, a credit will be issued to registered campers to attend the rescheduled event, or other future event hosted by L/C Management Group.
